Robert Wilke
Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd

Since 1996 Robert has been CEO and co-owner of Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd. His approachable, friendly nature and ability to communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds has enabled him to achieve outstanding results thoroghout his career.
Under her leadership, Travel with Flair won the prestigious South Africa Tourism Award for Best Travel Agency in 2007.
Robert graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria in 1995 with Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel Industry and Tourism and in 1999 with a Diploma in Marketing Management from the same University.
Through his outstanding leadership and bold, courageous attitude , Travel with Flair has achieved a significant milestone in the travel industry, which has enabled it to have extensive marketing operations in the United States, Dubai, Budapest.
Tibor Zsadányi
Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd
– Director – Head of Business Operations – COO
Tibor is an experienced professional, fluent in English, Afrikaans, German, Hungarian, Yugoslavian and French. He excelled in hotel and tourism management, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pretoria in 1993 and with a Higher Honours degree in 1994.
Tibor’s career highlights include being named the youngest lecturer at the University of Pretoria, winning the prestigious Institute of Marketing Management Award for Excellence in Marketing in 1993 and co-authoring the acclaimed textbook “Management Tourism Services”.
He has held key leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer of Travel with Flair since 1996 and Managing Director of the Gauteng Travel Academy since its inception in 2007.
Currently, Tibor is the operational director and co-owner of Travel with Flair, where he manages the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, and his strategic insight continues to make him one of the foremost authorities in the tourism business today.
Johanna Makgalemele

Johanna is an accomplished entrepreneur and accounting professional, with a degree in Accounting from Rhodes University and a higher honours degree from the University of Natal. She completed her accounting internship with KPMG.
In 1996, as one of the co-owners of Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd, she was involved in the formation of the company. As group CEO, he grew the business to a turnover of SA Rand 3 trillion – EURO 150 million – before Covid’s time – bringing the number of employees to 750 after opening several branch offices.
Johanna has received numerous awards and accolades, including “World’s Most Outstanding Business Leader ” and was named “Best Businesswoman of the Year” by the Businesswomen’s Association of South Africa in 2019. She serves on a number of boards, including the Board of Governors of Rhodes University and the Salvation Army, where she is Chair of the Board of Directors.
Tania Augustyn

Since graduating with a degree in Tourism from the University of Pretoria, I have gained valuable knowledge, insight and skills in many aspects of the travel industry over the past 30 years. I started my early career as a junior travel consultant and had a constant desire to learn, engage in new experiences and push my limits to prepare myself for each stage of my journey. So I followed my steps from consultant to team leader, then Travel with Flair and the current head of African Visitors MICE & Inbound travel.
I started my exciting journey in MICE Travel 16 years ago. Although my roots are in South Africa and Afrikaans is my mother tongue, I have had the opportunity to travel extensively, learning about different markets, contacts, budgets, needs and requirements. My passion is to show Africa to the world. Africa has so much to offer from its people and history to the breathtaking scenery of our natural environment!
Piroska M. Magyar
Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd
– African Visitors, Marketing Specialist for South Africa and Southern Africa, Representative in BUDAPEST
Arrived in South Africa from Budapest in 1980 for a one-month visit to my relatives in South Africa, who owned a travel agency. Soon with their support I became involved in the tourism industry, what I liked immediately. 1992 I added to my enthusiastic start a Bachelor of Commerce degree in economics and industrial – workplace – psychology from the University of South Africa, in Pretoria, followed by a course for sworn translators and interpreters o the High/Supreme Court of South Africa.
1993, I trained with and worked for the renowned Abercombi & Kent, an American-English travel company`s Johannesburg Office, which starting experience has been the foundation of all my future work and activities in the field of inbound tourism.
Late 1994 I registered my own travel agency and since then I have gained over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, including also my work as a tour guide. I happily presented SA to overseas visitors, the country of amazing natural beauty, its special “African atmosphere”, people of incredible love of life, kindness, uniqueness that I experienced through a kind of European “eyes/lenses”.
Professionally, whenever possible, I have learned and collaborated with my Pretoria colleagues, the best DMC company, Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd.
Based on my Hungarian education, occasionally I taught Hungarian as a lecturer at the Pretoria Diplomatic Academy, among others also the accredited Ambassador.
I speak English and German at a high level and Spanish at an intermediate level.
So, after 35 years I was happy to return to Budapest and continue my previous work in tourism, but this time as the Hungarian representative of Travel with Flair (Pty) Ltd. I would like and wish as many people as possible to see and experience South Africa and the unique attractions of the southern countries of the African continent. So I welcome all interested travellers and colleagues alike!
